RCVD V-shaped Condensers

High-capacity condensation with minimal lateral footprint.

The V-shape solution for large-scale systems requiring maximum efficiency and compactness

High ambient temperatures, continuous operating cycles, and increasingly demanding thermal loads rapidly expose the limitations of traditional condensers. Large-scale industrial systems require a solution that maintains stable condensation even under unbalanced loads or when outdoor air temperatures reach critical thresholds.

High ambient temperatures, continuous operating cycles, and increasingly demanding thermal loads rapidly expose the limitations of traditional condensers. Large-scale industrial systems require a solution that maintains stable condensation even under unbalanced loads or when outdoor air temperatures reach critical thresholds.

The RCVD series is engineered to tackle these conditions leveraging a double-row V geometry (double-row V-bank) that guarantees a large heat transfer surface within a compact footprint. Two independent refrigerant circuits and optimized air distribution ensure operational continuity even under variable loads, backed by a wide range of configurations selectable according to project technical data.

Application Sectors

  • Food & Beverage
  • Air conditioning
  • Grocery Retail
  • Distribution Centers

Advantages of V-shaped Condensers

  • Higher heat dissipation capacity in restricted spaces: Thanks to the double-row V-shaped configuration that concentrates a large heat transfer surface within a compact footprint, facilitating integration onto technical rooftops.

  • Condensation stability even during peak loads: Thanks to inner-grooved copper tubes and corrugated fins that maintain high heat transfer performance even at reduced airflow rates, improving cycle consistency.

  • Quieter operation: Thanks to 800–910 mm external rotor fans and optimized fan shrouds that reduce the required fan speed, achieving lower acoustic levels.

  • High long-term reliability: Thanks to the coil suspension system that prevents direct contact between the core and the casing, reducing the risk of micro-leaks.

  • Operational continuity during partial shutdowns: Thanks to internal separator baffles that prevent air recirculation and maintain a uniform airflow across the heat transfer surface.

  • Flexibility in refrigerant selection: Thanks to full compatibility with HFC, HFO, and NH3 fluids, and the availability of numerous configurations that streamline the design of both new installations and retrofit projects.
