When facing strict installation constraints such as limited lateral space, an oversized gas cooler backfires. Efficiency drops and thermal performance degrades right when you need it most—during the hottest hours of the day. This forces fans to ramp up to higher rotation speeds, spiking energy consumption and leaving head pressure control highly vulnerable to ambient temperature fluctuations. The result is excessive operational stress and short-cycling across the entire system.
