RCSD–RCLD Flatbed Condensers

Stable condensation and optimized footprint for high-capacity systems.

Short or long casing to balance efficiency, airflow, and installation constraints

Condensing temperatures that spike rapidly during peak hours, airflow disrupted by barriers and parapets, and sudden fluctuations in cooling loads: these conditions put severe pressure on condensers, especially in high-capacity systems. When the condensing temperature is not kept under control, the compressor operates at low efficiency, power consumption increases, and circuit regulation becomes less stable, particularly in systems running for extended hours.

In industrial food sectors, commercial logistics, and grocery retail scenarios, the main challenge is not just heat dissipation, but ensuring operational continuity even when installation space is limited or noise levels must comply with strict thresholds. If the condenser lacks an adequate heat transfer surface or uniform airflow, the system responds more slowly, compromises overall plant efficiency.

The RCSD–RCLD air-cooled flatbed condenser series is engineered to prevent these critical issues by integrating a high heat transfer surface within a compact and versatile flatbed structure. RCSD models prioritize compactness on crowded rooftops, while RCLD versions leverage a long casing to optimize air fluid dynamics and minimize noise levels. These technical details deliver a stable, modular, and easily integrated product range.

Advantages of table condensers

  • Higher condensation efficiency: Thanks to inner-grooved copper tubes and corrugated fins that increase the heat transfer surface, ensuring a more stable performance even at reduced airflow rates.

  • Long-term operational stability: Thanks to the coil suspension system that eliminates direct contact with the casing, reducing the risk of micro-leaks during high-demand operating cycles.

  • Reduced installation footprint: Thanks to the short casing of the RCSD models, engineered to minimize the overall technical footprint in installations where lateral and longitudinal space is restricted, while maintaining large heat transfer surfaces.

  • Low operating noise for acoustically sensitive sites: Thanks to balanced external rotor fans, optimized fan shrouds, and the long casing of the RCLD models, engineered to maximize condensing efficiency and minimize noise emissions.

  • Adaptability to various refrigerants: Thanks to full integration with HFC, HFO, and NH3 fluids and the option to configure customized circuiting, facilitating both new installations and retrofit projects.

  • Structural reliability in heavy-duty environments: Thanks to the painted galvanized steel casing and AISI 304 stainless steel hardware, ensuring high corrosion resistance and an extended component lifespan.
