Managing thermal peaks is one of the most critical aspects of ensuring continuous condensation. On days when ambient temperatures remain consistently high, systems risk losing operational margins: dry operation alone cannot always guarantee a sufficient thermal differential, and the system rapidly approaches its operational limits.
When this occurs, fans are forced to run longer, condensing pressure rises above design parameters, and head pressure control becomes less stable. For operators working on rooftops with restricted spaces, compensating by installing larger units or increasing airflow rate is not always a viable option.
The RCVM-AD series with PAD system introduces an evaporative precooling support that intervenes during critical hours without modifying the system layout. The adiabatic wetted pads extend heat dissipation capacity precisely when needed, while the V-bank configuration maintains a compact footprint, allowing the solution to adapt to various project requirements.
