The double-row table solution for managing high loads at high temperatures

Dissipating large heat capacities in industrial environments requires a difficult balance between performance and efficiency. Whether it involves continuous production processes, large-scale air conditioning systems or power plants, the radiator must withstand cycles of intense and mechanical stress. In standard exchangers, these stresses often cause micro-leaks and performance decreases. Added to this challenge is the need to integrate high exchange capacities into layouts constrained by limited spaces or increasingly stringent acoustic regulations.

To ensure operational continuity even in critical scenarios, Refteco developed the RPSD – RPLD series. These are double-row radiators with reinforced frame, available in two configurations: the short frame (RPSD), for maximum specific power in minimum space, or the long frame (RPLD) for optimized efficiency and silent operation. In both cases, the floating coil system protects the battery from vibrations, ensuring a long operating life even when installed in close proximity to engines and generators.

Advantages of radiators

  • Simultaneous HT/LT cooling: offers the possibility of configuring a double battery circuit for gas or diesel engines.

  • Zero micro-leaks from mechanical stress, thanks to the “floating coil” system which protects the pipes from vibrations and thermal expansions.

  • Compactness or silence, choosing the  RPSD (short frame) for constrained layouts, or the RPLD (long frame) for reduced noise levels.

  • Reliable ventilation: internal separators between modules prevent internal air recirculation, ensuring performance even during a partial fan shutdown.

  • Corrosion-resistant structure, built with a RAL 9002 powder-coated galvanized steel casing and AISI 304 stainless steel hardware, ideal even for aggressive environments.

  • Tangible energy saving, equipped with axial fans featuring optimized profiles that are fully compliant with the ErP directive .
