The challenge in industrial blast freezing is not just about achieving very low temperatures: in tunnels and cold rooms dedicated to meat, fish, ice cream or ready meals, products are arranged very compactly, hindering the passage of air in already limited spaces. To maintain product quality and respect scheduled cycles, the static pressure of the air flow and the heat exchange capacity must remain constant even in the presence of high resistance to airflow.
If the static pressure is insufficient or the coil struggles to maintain high levels of heat exchange, cycle times increase, energy consumption rises and some areas of the product may cool unevenly. Day-to-day management is also affected, particularly if the unit does not allow inspection and cleaning in such confined spaces.
RGBF blast freezer air coolers guarantee high power ratings, high-static pressure fans and heat exchangers optimized for non-freezing fluids to maintain stable performance even under maximum load. The sturdy structure, removable panels and adjustable feet make installation simple and daily management smoother, even in tunnels or cold rooms with extremely limited space.

- Rapid and uniform cooling, thanks to the high-pressure Ø500–630 mm axial fans, designed to guarantee high static pressure in the presence of trolleys, trays and very compact products, ensuring shorter cycles and consistent product quality.
- High heat exchange even with intensive loads, achieved through Ø16 mm tubes and high-thickness fins, studied to maintain high performance even with strong temperature fluctuations and repeated cycles.
- Long-term operational continuity, thanks to the tube suspension system that avoids direct contact with the frame, reducing vibrations and the risk of micro-leaks, thus prolonging the coil’s life even in heavy-duty applications.
- Industrial structure and simplified maintenance, with a painted galvanized casing, a drip tray with a welded stainless steel drain outlet and easily removable panels, that facilitate inspection and cleaning while reducing downtime.
- Adaptability to tunnels and cold rooms with limited space, thanks to adjustable feet, a compact footprint and the possibility of configuring ventilation, materials and accessories based on the plant’s needs.
- Energy efficiency under high loads, ensured by AC/EC fans, external rotor motors with thermal protection and optimized aerodynamic geometries for stable and controlled energy consumption.
