High-speed cooling: special fans ensure high static pressure and powerful, uniform airflows, ideal for tunnels and intensive freezing processes to shorten cycle time and increase production output.
Optimized heat exchange: coils made of Ø12 mm copper tubes (REBF, RBBF) or Ø16 mm stainless steel tubes (RABF for NH₃) feature widely spaced fins for maximum cooling capacity, lower pressure drops and improved frost management.
Reliability in continuous operation: the tube suspension system eliminates direct contact with the frame, reducing the risk of micro-leaks, while extending coil life even under severe thermal stress.
High capacity in limited spaces, with configurations ranging from 2 to 10 fans (Ø500–630 mm) and capacities from 25 and 274 kW (SC2), these units are highly flexible for linear tunnels, spirals and compact cold rooms.
Superior energy efficiency: the AC/EC fans equipped with thermal switches and anti-corrosion grids reduce energy consumption even under heavy thermal loads.
Maximum robustness and durability: features a powder-coated galvanized steel casing, AISI 304 stainless steel screws and welded stainless steel drain outlet for a perfect seal in cold, humid and aggressive environments.
Simplified installation and maintenance: height-adjustable feet and easily removable panels allow for rapid servicing, reduced downtime and improved access to components.
Total refrigerant flexibility, with versions for HFC/HFO (REBF), CO₂ (RBBF) and NH₃ (RABF), ensuring compatibility with both traditional and natural refrigeration strategies, for new installation or retrofit.
