Guideways, bulky machinery, elevated technical walkways and limited usable heights: in processing rooms and medium-to-large industrial cold rooms the space available for installing units is often restricted. Maintaining a uniform distribution of cold air becomes difficult, and the microclimate tends to become unbalanced: some areas get too cold, others remain poorly ventilated, with the possibility of direct drafts on the production lines. Incorrect air distribution and less efficient cycle operation ultimately increase energy consumption, maintenance and management time.
RGDI industrial double-flow air coolers are specifically designed for these scenarios. Their low profile facilitates installation even in environments with a high concentration of suspended structures, while the symmetrical air discharge on both sides ensures a more balanced distribution of cooling. The heat exchanger, optimized for water, glycol, and non-freezing fluids ensures consistent performance even at low flow rates. The robust structure and appropriately sized fans complete a solution designed to guarantee long-term operational continuity.
