The microclimate of industrial cold rooms, especially those that are very long or subject to intense operating cycles, is put under severe strain by the continuous movement of forklifts and the repeated opening of doors.
When air can not circulate the entire length of the cold room, or the coil struggles to respond to operating peaks, temperature stratifications and increased energy consumption can easily occur. In the long run, this results in a less stable microclimate and a significant increase in management costs, as well as the risk of compromising the quality of the stored product.
RN industrial cubic air coolers are specifically designed to ensure consistent performance in complex environments: cooling capacities of up to 280 kW, large-diameter fans and coils tailored to each fluid allow for uniform conditions to be maintained even in the most demanding cold rooms. The robust structure and optimized geometries reduce pressure drops, dehumidification and mechanical stress, ensuring operational continuity and long-term efficiency.

- Uniformity in large volumes, thanks to the large diameter axial fans (Ø500-560-630-710-800–910 mm) and aerodynamic shrouds that guarantee high air throw across the entire depth of the cold room.
- Optimized heat exchange, with dedicated coils featuring Ø16 mm smooth tubes : triangular geometry (series RNSG) or square geometry (series RNLG).
- Reduced dehumidification and fewer defrost cycles, thanks to RNLG geometries, ideal for long cycles and microclimates sensitive to humidity fluctuations.
- Long-term structural reliability, thanks to the tube suspension system that avoids contact with the frame, reducing vibrations, the risk of micro-leaks and mechanical stress even in highly stressed systems.
- Energy efficiency and operational continuity, with AC/EC fans equipped with thermal protection, external rotor motors compliant with the ErP directive, and EN ISO 13857 grids.
