The Norwegian climate represents for sure an important challenge for heat pumps making where the external air is the cold source. For this plant Refteco has delivered external REP units, equipped with electronic expansion valve, differential air pressure switch for ON/OFF defrosting, EC fans and IN/OUT hoods for the defrosting optimization. The REP series provides high plant COP with external ambient temperature up to -15°C and it’s designed to be installed in residential applications with noise pressure level lower than 45 dB(A) at 10 m
