Long term storage of apples in South Tyrol

Thanks to the strong cooperation with an important local contractor, we have combined our long experience in the designing of air coolers with his expertise for the refrigeration of apples. We have supplied 37 innovative air coolers to provide a total cooling capacity of 2,2 MW. The air coolers are equipped with innovative defrost as a smart alternative to traditional water defrost and thanks to the EC fans, the motors power consumption is significantly reduced providing running cost savings.
